AVAILABILITY & BOOKING

•  Half day mediation – $2,300 (ex GST)
•  Full day mediation – $4,200 (ex GST)

Michel is on the Victorian Magistrates’ Court List of External Mediators (LEM) and conducts Magistrates' Court mediations for the LEM rate, namely: $1,540 (inc GST) for a half day mediation and $2,200 (inc GST) for a full day mediation. 

The above rates include a conference with each party before the mediation (if appropriate), attendance at any contribution conferences (if appropriate), preparation, attendance at the mediation and any follow-up calls / activities post mediation to finalise any outstanding issues.

Michel does not charge a fee if a mediation is cancelled for any reason. 

No, there is no additional hourly fee if the mediation goes longer than expected.

No, Michel's fee remains the same regardless of the complexity of the matter or the number of parties involved.

The best way for a multi-party matter to resolve at mediation is for the defendants to have aligned before the mediation on their respective contributions.   To facilitate this, Michel's fee includes his attendance at the contribution conference (if appropriate).   

Yes, Michel is available to conduct mediations across Australia in-person or via video conferencing.

Please book either a half day or full day mediation and during the booking process you will be asked to confirm whether the mediation is to be conducted online or in person. 

Please email Michel an electronic mediator brief at least 3 days prior to the mediation.
